摘　　要：引进疾病小鼠模型是解决国内迅速增长的科研需求的有效途径之一。本文结合工作实际,介绍寻求目标疾病小鼠模型的途径、引进疾病小鼠模型的程序及注意事项、小鼠模型繁育保种的一些体会。As an efficient way, introduction of disease mouse models could provide support for scientific research in China. The practices about conservation and breeding of disease mouse models were reviewed in the article. It will be useful to guarantee the quality of imported disease mouse models.
