摘　　要：创新方法是科学思维、科学方法和科学工具的总称。以萃智(TRIZ)为代表的创新方法研究与实践正在四川等示范省份如火如荼地展开。有效创新平台构建对创新方法的加速使用和本地化过程起着重要作用,同时汇集于创新平台的各利益主体会自主诉求其目标表达方式。欠发达地区要实现跨越式发展、进位赶超,在资源要素与战略地位都已失先发优势的情况下,通过创新平台整合创新资源及区域制度层面的考量愈发重要。借鉴四川创新平台构建经验对以江西为代表的欠发达地区发展提供借鉴。In general, innovative methods include scientific thinking, scientific method and scientific tools. Currently TRIZ innovative research and practice is carried out ardently by Sichuan and other representative provinces. Effective and innovative platform construction plays an important role in the the acceleration of the process and the localization, while the various stakeholders of the innovative platform will express their targets in their own ways. If less developed regions want to achieve leapfrog development and binary catch - up, under the background of inadequate resource elements and inferior strategic position, it is very important for them to integrate innovative resources and regional innovation systems through in- novative platform. This article concludes the experience and innovative platform construction in Sichuan to provide reference for Jiangxi, the representative of less developed regions.
