摘　　要：长株潭城市群是全国"两型社会"建设综合配套改革实验区,产业集群是该区域重要的经济增长极,但其现有产业集群具有明显的高碳特征,需以可持续发展为指导理念,注重低投入、低排放、高产出,通过对传统产业集群低碳改造、新产业集群低碳定位和发展生态工业园三大模式来进行产业集群的低碳化升级。The Changzhutan urban agglomeration is the ＂ Two- type Society＂ comprehensive reform experimental area in China, and the industrial clusters are the important economic growth poles. However, at present, the industrial clusters are developing with high carbon characteristics. For those reasons, we should promote the industry clusters by taking the sus- tainable development as the guiding philosophy, pay attention to low investment, low emission, high outputs, and develop the following three models： transforming the traditional industry clusters into low carbon industry clusters, locating the new industry clusters as the low carbon industry clusters, and developing the ecological industry garden.
