摘　　要：重点论述了目前基于 ASP技术建立动态 Web数据库网站的方法 ,并应用这一先进技术成功地开发了“军队医药卫生机构科研实力评估和科技发展预测系统数据库网站”,使得军队卫生机构科研评估。The method of active dat abase web development based on ASP(Active Server Page) technology is chiefly dis cussed in the paper. The database web of scientific research strength evaluation and development strategy forecast system about P.L.A medicine health organizati on is triumphantly implemented by using the advanced method, the scientific rese arch management and development forecast work of the organization is on the way to network and information society.
