摘　　要：尾连蛋白TIP47,又称胎盘蛋白17(PP17)或甘露糖6磷酸结合蛋白1(M6PRBP1),是脂滴包被蛋白(PAT)家族蛋白成员之一,不仅参与脂质代谢,还与Rab9协同作用于甘露糖-6-磷酸受体(MPRs)胞浆结构域,参与MPR从核内体到反式高尔基复合体的网络运输,近年来研究表明,TIP47也参与某些疾病过程。TIP47具有双重分布特点,不仅存在于胞浆,而且结合于脂滴表面,这与细胞代谢状态和易改变的疏水结构有关。它在组织中广泛表达,本文就TIP47的结构、表达特点及功能加以综述。Tail-interacting protein(TIP47),also named placental tissue protein 17(PP17) andmannose-6phosphate receptor binding protein 1(M6prbp1),is one member of PAT family proteins,which has been implicated in adipogenesis and metabolism,TIP47 returns mannose-6-phosphate receptors from the late endosomes back to the trans-Golgi network.Furthermore,data about its possible roles in regulating virus disease and cell death processes.TIP47 has a double distribution characteristic,can exist in the cytoplasm and the surfaces of lipid droplet,which relate to the gentle change of the lyophobic structure.TIP47 are found ubiquitously.The text will summarize the structure,the expression characteristic and biological functions of TIP47.
