锁定加压接骨板内固定在治疗小腿下端骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨使用锁定加压接骨板内固定(locked compressin plate LCP)治疗小腿下端骨折的临床运用及其疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法对2009年5月至2011年5月我院收治的72例小腿骨折使用锁定加压接骨板治疗患者,通过临床追踪随访,最后根据Johner—Wruhs评分、并发症、伤口愈合分级几方面进行评估,以判断该方法治疗小腿骨折的临床疗效。结果 72例患者术后经8～14个月随访,均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为12.6周,根据Johner-Wruhs评分:优49例,良18例,中4例,差1例,优良率为93.05%;除2例出现感染以外无其他并发症发生;70例患者伤口到甲级愈合,2例达乙级愈合。结论 LCP内固定治疗小腿下端骨折具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少、疗效显著的特点,是目前骨折生物学固定的理想方法之一,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of locked compressin plate（LCP） for Lower leg fractures,provides the basis for clinical therapy. Methods 72 cases of Lower leg fractures from may 2009 to may 2011 underwent locked compressin plate therapy were followed up 8-14 months ,Determined the clinical efficacy of the treatment from the Johner-Wruhs, complications, Wound healing classification .Results all of the patients were got good healings, the average healing time was 12.6 weeks, to Johner the-Wruhs rating assessment： excellent in 49 cases, good in 18 eases, the average in 4 cases and poor in l case, good rate of 93.05%; In addition to the two cases of infection without other complications; the wounds of 70 cases reach to the Class A healing, and tow cases were Class B healing,Conclusion LCP within fixed treatment with simple, less invasive, fewer complications and a significant effect is one of the ideal way to treatment of bone fracture so it was worthy of clinical application.
