摘　　要：文章通过现场调查资料的方法,归纳总结了"松散式"、"紧密型"和"合约式"三种卫生服务一体化管理模式,并分析三种管理模式的优势和问题所在,探讨乡村卫生服务一体化管理模式的修正与完善,以期为乡村卫生服务一体化管理模式研究提供借鉴。The integrated management modes of rural health services were summarized as three kinds by field survey,which were ＂loose mode＂,＂compact mode＂and ＂contract mode＂.And their advantages and problems were analyzed.Based on which,some countermeasures to improve the integrated management mode of rural health services were discussed to provide reference for further research on the integrated healthcare management mode.
