摘　　要：通过案例研究,发现新农合业务对商业保险公司的影响体现在两个方面:一是,品牌价值、政企关系等无形影响;二是,可以明确计算出的有形影响,包括商业保险公司已有业务的政府市场拓展、新产品的开发等。合作的可持续性受合作深度的影响,合作程度越深可持续性越强。信息化的完善解放了大量的人力,提高了政府管理新农合业务的能力,将来政府完全有能力管理好新农合业务。Through the case study,the impacts of Commercial Insurance Companies（CIC） participating in the operation of New Cooperative Medical Scheme（NCMS） are reflected in two aspects.First are the invisible effects,including brand value and the cooperationship between government and CIC.Second are the visible effects,including the government market development for CIC and the development of new products,etc.The sustainability of cooperation is influenced by the depth of cooperation,the deeper cooperation the sustainability is stronger.Many staffs of NCMS are liberated by the improvement of the informatization,meanwhile,the ability of the government management for NCMS is improving.In the future,the government will be able to manage NCMS business.
