新型农村合作医疗参合住院患者疾病谱分析

摘　　要：支付方式改革对控制医药费用不合理的增长,提高新型农村合作医疗保障水平起到了积极的作用。充分了解参合农民疾病谱是按病种付费等支付方式改革的基础,本研究抽样分析了参合患者住院疾病谱的构成及其医疗费用水平,并与按病种付费试点中的常见病种进行比较,为完善按病种付费的支付方式改革提供政策建议。The reform on payment system has positive impact on reducing medical cost,and improving medical insurance of New Rural Cooperative Medical System（NRCMS）,which is based on understanding the disease spectrum of inpatients enrolled in NRCMS.The disease spectrum of inpatients enrolled in NRCMS and their medical cost were analyzed,and compared with common diseases in pilot research of Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System.Based on which,some policy suggestions can be put forward to improve the reform on payment system as Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System.
