服刑人员与非服刑人员人格障碍与社会支持的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:主要探讨社会支持与人格障碍之间的关系。方法:采用人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)、社会支持问卷分别对300名服刑人员和300名非服刑人员进行问卷调查。结果:服刑人员与非服刑人员在人格障碍的总得分以及偏执型、分裂样、分裂型、反社会型、边缘型、自恋型、强迫型、被动攻击型、抑郁型等9个因子上存在统计学差异(P<0.01;P<0.05);服刑人员与非服刑人员在客观支持、主观支持和对支持的利用度方面存在统计学差异(P<0.001);对服刑人员而言,人格障碍分别与主观支持、对支持的利用度呈负相关,与客观支持相关无统计学意义(r=-0.364、-0.229、-0.128)。结论:服刑人员的人格障碍与社会支持有关,尤其与主观上感受到的社会支持有关。Objective To explore the relationship between social support and personality disorder.Methods 300 cases of prisoners and 300 cases of non-prisoners were respectively surveyed with Personality Disorder Questionnaire（PDQ-4＋） and Social Support Scale.Results There were significant differences in total score of Personality Disorder,PAR,SCH,ANT,BOR,NAR,OBC,PAG and DPS in PDQ-4＋ between prisoners and non-prisoners（P0.01;P0.05）.And there were significant difference in objective support,subjective support and availability of support between prisoners and non-prisoners（P0.001）.For prisoners,significant negatively correlation was found between personality disorder and subjective support and availability of support,but not between personality disorder and objective support（r=-0.364、-0.229、-0.128）.Conclusion Personality disorder is significantly correlated with social support for prisoners,especially with subjective support.
