艾滋病对不同人群个人及其家庭社会影响的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解艾滋病高发区HIV/AIDS对个人及其家庭社会的影响,为当地艾滋病防治工作的开展提供参考依据。方法 :采用问卷调查方法进行调查,通过问卷调查HIV/AIDS组与正常对照组的健康状况、社会交往、心理状况等,进行两组社会影响对比分析。结果:22.51%的艾滋病患者不能独立完成日常活动,而对照组为5.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。HIV/AIDS患者与亲戚、朋友和邻居来往的频率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。HIV/AIDS患者的心理精神状况明显差于对照组,4.08%的患者曾经自杀过或有过自杀的想法,对照组仅为0.95%;27.47%的HIV/AIDS患者感到悲伤害怕,而对照组仅为8.17%。结论:HIV/AIDS影响着患者个人及其家庭社会活动的多个方面,健康状况较差,社会交往频度降低,心理压力较大,对患者个人及其家庭产生较大的社会影响。Abstract Objective To study the influences of HIV/AIDS on individuals and their families, and provide references for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Methods The status of health, social communication and mental health was surveyed with questionnaires between group of patients with HIV/AIDS and control group. And its social influences were comparatively analyzed. Resuits 22.51% of patients can＇ t perform daily activities independently, while only 5.02% in control group, which were significant- ly different. The time of social communication was significantly lower in group of patients than that of control group. And the psy- chological condition of patients was significantly poorer than that of control group. 4.08% of patients had attempted to suicide. And 27.47% of them felt sad or afraid. Conclusion The status of HIV/AIDS has significant influence on patients and their families, such as poorer health condition, lower frequency of social activities and heavy psychological pressure.
