摘  要:提出了提高内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)最大起动转矩和效率的一种新算法。为提高电机效率,需要在永磁电机的数学模型中考虑电机的铁芯损耗。矢量控制中变频带来的高次谐波损失是不可控的,损失控制是利用模型估算电机的损失,并对电流进行优化,从而消除电机损耗。同时设计了智能控制系统对电流分量进行适当地限制,并应用最大转矩/电流比控制技术提高起动转矩。改进方法主要特征在于它不但提高了电机的稳态参数,还改善了电机的动态性能。通过设置适当的系数实现了上述的两个目标。通过对电机的性能指标进行仿真,验证了提出的新算法正确性。A new algorithm for enhancing maximum starting torque and efficiency in interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) was proposed in this paper.To improve motor efficiency,core losses of the motor were taken into consideration in the IPMSM modeling.High order harmonic losses arising from frequency conversion in vector control were uncontrollable directly.The basis of the losses control is the estimation of the motor losses using the presented model and its optimization versus the motor currents.Meanwhile,an intelligent control system was designed to appropriately limit the current component and maximum-torque-per-ampere control(MTPA) was applied to improve the starting torque.The key feature of the method is that it not only enhances the steady-state parameters of the motor,but also improves the dynamic performance of the motor.Simulated performance characteristics of the motor were shown and the results verify the correctness of the proposed algorithm.
