摘　　要：通信网络向下一代网络NGN发展的过程中,软交换技术作为下一代通信网络解决方案之一备受关注,得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了基于软交换技术的长途组网中汇接网和IP承载网方案,本设计方案在网络建设中顺利实施,提升了网络的利用率和网络投资的效益。In the course of the evolution of communication network Next Generation Network, Soft-Switch technology becomes one of the solutions for the next generation communication network and has been widely used.This paper proposes corresponding strategies of Soft-Switch organizing network technologies in long distance tandem network and IP bearing network.The project is carried out successfully in the network construction, it improve the network availability and benefit of investment.
