摘  要:目的建立高效毛细管电泳法测定灯盏花素固体分散体中野黄芩苷含量的方法。方法电泳条件:石英毛细管柱(60 cm×75μm),运行缓冲液40 mmol/L硼砂溶液(25℃,pH=9.0),分离电压20 kV,进样时长同为5 s,温度为25℃,检测波长为280 nm。结果野黄芩苷在0.1~4 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为99.35%,RSD=0.47%(n=9)。结论毛细管电泳法用于测定灯盏花素中野黄芩苷的含量稳定可行。Objective To establish the method for determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions by HPCE.Methods The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary(60 cm×75 μm),with 40 mmol/L Na2B4O7(25 ℃,pH 9.0) as the running buffers.The separation voltages were 20 kV,injection time was 5 s,temperature was 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The concentration range of scutellarin was 0.1-4 mg/mL with linear ralationship(r=0.999 2).The average recovery was 99.35%(RSD=0.47%,n=9).Conclusion The method was stable and feasible for the determination of scutellarin in Breviscapine Solid Dispersions.
