丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型尿道综合征32例

摘　　要：目的观察丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型尿道综合征的临床疗效。方法对32例肝气郁结型尿道综合征患者,给予丹栀逍遥散加减煎服,共服用4周。治疗4周后检测血清雌二醇水平,观察中医主症积分,评价中医证候疗效。结果治疗4周后患者尿频尿急、尿痛、小腹酸痛、耻骨后压迫感积分和总积分(反向积分)及血清雌二醇水平显著上升(P<0.01),中医证候总有效率为93.8%。结论以疏肝调气立法,采用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗肝气郁结型尿道综合征疗效可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treat-ment of urethral syndrome with liver-qi stagnation. Methods Thirty-two cases of urethral syndrome with liver-qi stagnation received therapy with modified decoction of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder for four weeks. The therapeutic effieacies were assessed based on serum estradiol levels and scores on traditional Chinese medi-cine （TCM） dominant syndromes. Results After four weeks of treatment, the patients showed signifi-cantly better scores on frequent micturition, urgency of urination, urodynia, aching pain of lower abdo- men, and retropubic constriction as well as total scores （calculated by reverse scoring） and significantly in-creased serum estradiol levels （P〈0.01）, and the overall response rate was 93.8% in terms of TCM syn-dromes. Conclusion Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder, which is capable of dispersing stagnated liver qi, is effective and reliable in the treatment of urethral syndrome with liver-qi stagnation.
