摘　　要：概述了泰地罗新的理化性质、作用机理、抗菌活性、药动学、药效学、不良反应及残留,以期为该药在兽医临床的应用提供参考资料。泰地罗新是动物专用的新型大环内酯类抗生素,其吸收快,达峰时间短,生物利用度高,肺组织浓度高,消除半衰期长,药效持久。单次肌注或皮下注射给药,即能提供全程治疗,在兽医临床具有广阔的应用前景。Physico chemical properties, action mechanism, antibacterial activity, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse reactions and residues of tildipirosin were summarized in the paper in order to provide information for reasonable application of tildipirosin in veterinary clinic. Tildipirosin was a novel macrolide antibiotic for animals. The antibiotic had good pharmacokinetic characteristics. It can be quickly absorbed, reached the C max and be slowly eliminated. Moreover, it can maintain a high concentration in animals＇ lungs and provide a full -course therapy after a single dose （im or sc）. Tildipirosin could be extensively used in veterinary clinic.
