摘  要:本文报道了波斯小麦与粗山羊草(5个品系),小伞山羊草和卵穗山羊草双二倍体及其亲本的抗叶锈和白粉病鉴定结果。粗山羊草对叶锈的抗性受波斯小麦品系 PS 5(不抗叶锈)的抑制,在双二倍体中不能表现。小伞山羊草和卵穗山羊草对叶锈的抗性不受波斯小麦的影响,能在双二倍体中充分表达。以对白粉病免疫的波斯小麦为母本与免疫的山羊草或轻感的山羊草杂交,合成的双二倍体都对白粉病免疫。用轻感和中感白粉病的普通小麦品种与双亲都对白粉病免疫的波斯小麦-粗山羊草双二倍体杂交,并连续回交二次,从回交二代中已获得了农艺性状优良并对白粉病免疫的单株。并进一步获得了一批对白粉病免疫和高抗的小麦品系。The amphiploids derived from the crosses between Triticum carthlicum var.darginicum(accession number:Ps 5)and several Aeoilops species(Ae.tauschii,Ae.umbellulata and Ae.ovata)were evaluated for their resistance to wheat leafrust(Puccinia recondita tritici)and powdery mildew(Erysiphe graminis tritici).In theamphiploids of T.carthlicum×Ae.tauschii,resistance to leaf rust of Ae.tauschiiwas completely suppressed.However,the amphiploids of T.carthlicum×Ae.umbellulata and T.carthlicum×Ae.ovata were resistant to leaf rust,indicatingthat the resistance of Ae.umbellulata and Ae.ovata to leaf rust was not suppressedin the amphidiploids.The amphiploids produced by combining T.carthlicum with the accessions ofAegilops species were all immune to powdery mildew,regardless of the resistance orsusceptibility of the Aegilops Species.The parents of amphiploid T.carthlicum(Ps 5)×Ae.tauschii(Ae 38)were bothimmune to powdery mildew.Several susceptible bread wheat cultivars werebackcrossed to the amphiploid.Plants immune or highly resistant to powdery mildewhave been obtained from the BC 2F1.
