摘　　要：分析和论述在三网融合的进程中,随着无线地面数字电视的推进,广电无线覆盖网为保护频率资源应起到的战略转型作用;分析了广电与三大电信运营商战略合作的可能性,最终以构想纲要探讨了构建国家广电无线互联网的可能性。This paper mainly analyzed and discussed in the ＂three nets fusion＂ process, Along with the wire- less digital terrestrial televisions advancement, How to consider radio frequency resource protection for wireless cover network in villages that should have the strategic transformation of role. Analyzes the three big teleeom operators, the possibility of strategic cooperation. Finally discusses the idea to outline constructing of national radio and television wireless Internet possibility.
