摘　　要：通过对组织学习能力深入探究,认为组织学习本质上是知识在个体、团队、组织层之间形成的螺旋网络中交流共享的过程;分析了基于知识螺旋网络的组织学习能力提升机理,发现要提升组织学习能力,需改善知识螺旋网络的稳定性。为此,文章设计了知识螺旋网络稳定性算法与知识螺旋网络稳定性调节算法,通过算法分析确定出合适的知识调入比例,藉此来提高知识螺旋网络的稳定性,进而提升组织学习能力。Based on the indepth exploration of organization learning ability, this paper argues that organization learning is es sentially a knowledge exchanging and sharing process in the spiral network formed among individuals, teams and organizations. The paper analyzes the mechanism for improving the organization learning ability based on the knowledge spiral network, and finds out that it is necessary to improve the stability of knowledge spiral network to increase the organization learning ability. For this purpose, the paper designs the knowledge spiral network stability algorithm and the knowledge spiral network stability adjustment algo rithm. Through algorithm analysis, the paper determines the appropriate knowledge transfer ratio so as to improve the knowledge spi ral network stability and further improve the organization learning ability.
