摘　　要：文章设计了6种类型的专利族图谱,分析了专利族图谱的制作流程,进行了关于海洋工程锚泊装备专利族图谱制作的实证分析。结果表明,专利族图谱能够清晰、有效地反映同族专利间的结构关系,体现专利的技术流向,揭示专利权人的市场竞争战略。专利族图谱为企业的技术研发与市场决策提供了新的专利分析工具。Six types of patent family maps are designed. The facture of patent family map is analyzed. Based on this, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the patent family map of the mooting equipment of the marine engineering. The results show that the patent family map can reflect the structural relationships between the patents of the same family clearly and effectively, embody the patent technology flow direction, and reveal the competition strategy of the patentee on the market. The patent family map provides a new patent analysis tool for enterprises in technology research and development and market decision-making.
