摘　　要：美国能源信息署成立于1977年,是隶属于能源部的统计机构,其使命是提供高质量的、独立于政策的能源信息,满足政府、业界和公众对能源信息的需求,促进政策的完善、市场运行效率的提高以及公众的理解,促进能源、经济与环境的协调发展。美国能源信息署依照美国相关法律,全面收集、分析并发布能源信息,内容涵盖能源储量、生产、需求、价格等方面。我国作为能源生产大国和消费大国,有必要学习和借鉴美国能源统计信息系统的建设和管理经验,加快完善我国能源情报管理制度建设。The US Energy Information Administration （EIA） was founded in 1977, and is a statistical agency affiliated to the US Department of Energy. Its mission is to provide high quality energy information independent of policies to meet the needs of gov ernment, industry and the public for energy information, promote the perfection of policies, the enhancement of market operating efficiencies and the understanding of the public, and promote the collaborative development of energy, economy and environ ment. The US EIA collects, analyzes and releases energy information comprehensively in accordance with related US laws. Its con tent covers energy reserves, production, need and price. As a major energyproducing and energyconsuming country, it＇s necessa ry for China to learn and use US experience in the construction and management of US energy statistical information system for refer ence so as to speed up the construction of the energy information management system in China.
