摘　　要：目的建立测定复方小儿退热栓中对乙酰氨基酚含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-甲醇(90∶10),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长244 nm,柱温30℃。结果对乙酰氨基酚进样量在0.207 8～2.078 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为98.51%,RSD为0.39%(n=6)。结论所用方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为复方小儿退热栓的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a quantitative method for determining the paracetamol content in Compound Child Antifebrile Supposi- tor by RP - HPLC. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB Cls column（150mm×4.6mm,50μm） was used. The 0. 05 mol/L ammonium ac- etate solution- methanol （90：10） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 244 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of paracetamol was 0. 207 8- 2. 078 0μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 98.51%. RSD was 0.39% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate,reproducible and sensitive,which can be used to control the quality of Compound Child Antifebrile Suppositor.
