内衣企业模杯文胸现有制作工艺流程简化的研究

摘　　要：通过对内衣企业的实地调研,总结了企业目前模杯文胸的制作工艺,对其工艺流程做了归纳,分析其中存在的主要问题,提出了通过分析并提取某类人群乳房的特征数据,采用计算机进行模杯建模的方法,简化了内衣企业现有模杯的制作工艺,同时详细的给出了简化工艺流程的具体步骤和实现方法。此方法不仅使得内衣企业改变了现有被动设计的局面,同时提高了企业的生产效率。Through field research in lingerie industries, it was found that the production process of the Mold-Cup Bra used in the design method is very complex and cumbersome at present, which would entail a lot of time, manpower and material resources. So simplifying the production process of the Mold Cup, establishing a more reasonable cup shape directly based on the characteristics of the human body data in a computer model is a better way to improve enterprise efficiency. The method and steps of how to simplifying the production process of the Mold-Cup Bra were elaborated in detail. By using the new process, the passive design situation of the enterprise will be changed and the enterprise efficiency will also be greatly improved.
