摘　　要：目的为第二类精神药品的合理使用及管理提供依据,促进合理用药。方法统计医院2008年至2010年第二类精神药品的用药总量,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD),计算DDDs值,并对其进行分析。结果第二类精神药品用药频度增长平稳,以苯二氮类的艾司唑仑、阿普唑仑最常用。结论该院第二类精神药品使用基本合理。Objective To analyze the use of the second class psychotropic substances and to provide the basis for their rational use and management and to promote the rational drug use. Methods The total consumption quantities of the second class psychotropic sub- stances in our hospital during 2008-2010 were statistically analyzed by adopting DDD recommended by WHO for calculating the DDDs and conducting the analysis. Results DDDs of the second class psychotropic substances in our hospital were increased steadily. Estazolam and alprazolam were used predominantly. Conclusion The utilization of the second class psychotropic substances in our hos- pital is essentially reasonable.
