摘　　要：本文结合胜利油田最大的海油陆采钻井平台,中国石化重点产能建设项目老168海油陆采丛式井组钻探施工过程中井身质量如何控制的问题,介绍运用QC方法提高井身质量,有利于老168井区后期的钻探开发。The paper is about the largest sea-land mining oil drilling platform of Shengli Oilfield, how to control the Quality of Casing of extended reach cluster wells on the land to produce the oil in the ocean in the LAO 168 Well Area in the focus of productivity construction projects of Sinopec, it helps to drilling development of the LAO 168 well area in the later.
