摘　　要：目的分析医院大环内酯类抗生素的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计2008年至2011年大环内酯类抗生素的用药数量与金额,采用限定日剂量法计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)以及消耗金额与DDDs的序号比。结果近4年来,DDDs、金额排名及序号比变化不大。克拉霉素和阿奇霉素的DDDs逐年上升,红霉素、琥乙红霉素、罗红霉素的DDDs较平稳,而地红霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素的DDDs逐年下降;DDC在0.78～15.84元之间,呈逐年下降趋势。结论医院大环内酯类抗生素应用基本合理,但仍应加强该类药品的应用管理,提高临床合理用药水平。Objective To analyze the application situation of macrolides antibiotics in our center to provide reference for the clinical ra- tional drug use. Methods The quantity and amount of money of consumed macrolides antibiotics in our centre from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed by adopting the defined daily doses（DDDs）, the defined daily cost （DDC）,the amount of consumed money and the serial number of DDDs. Results DDDs, the amount of consumed money and the serial number of DDDs had little change in ranking during the past four years;DDDs of clarithromycin and azithromyein was increased year by year,which of erythromyein,erythromycin ethylsucei- nate,roxithromycin was stable,while which of dirithromycin and acetylspiramyein was declined year by year. DDC was 0. 78-15.84 yuan and showed the declining trend year by year. Conclusion The use of maerolides antibiotics is basically reasonable in our center during this period. But the application and management of such products should be strengthened toincrease the level of rational drug use in clinic.
