摘　　要：以多种组织化学方法研究了日本的消化系统 .结果表明 ,肝胰腺的分泌细胞呈现蛋白酶、非特异性酯酶和脂酶活性 ,吸收细胞含丰富的 RNA和蛋白质 ,储存细胞含有脂类和糖原 ;中肠粘膜上皮细胞的游离端质膜呈现碱性磷酸酶活性 ;食道腺和后肠腺分泌弱硫酸化酸性粘多糖 .The digestive system of Charybdis japonica Milne Edwards is studied with histochemical method.The results showed that the secretory cells in the hepatopancreas show activities of proteinase,non specific esterase and lipase,the absorptive cells contain much RNA and protain,the storage cells contain lipid and glicogen.The apical membrane of the epithelial cells of the midgut show alkaline phophatase activity.Both the esophageal gland and the hingut gland secrete acid mucopoly saccharides.
