摘　　要：在借鉴前人研究的基础上构建了新的高等教育信息化水平评价模型,选取了3所高校对模型进行实证分析,最终得出模型具有较强实践性的结论。In drawing lessons from the foundation that forefathers study, this text constructs the new higher education informatization＇s level and appraises models; The text chose three university and carried on real example analysis according to the foundation model, finally it draw a conclusion that the model have strong practicality.
