摘　　要：本文分析了高校资产的现状及管理中存在的问题,提出了从提高资产管理的意识、建立资产管理制度、优化资产配置、强化前期论证与审批、提高管理人员素质和建立绩效评价指标体系和资产内控评价指标体系等方面加强高校资产管理的对策与措施。This paper analyzes the status and the problems of the assets management in colleges and universities, and proposes the schemes and measures that strengthen the assets management in colleges and universities, that must raise awareness of asset management and set up a sound system of asset management, moreover optimize asset allocation and improve the pre-verification and approval, further improve the quality of management, the performance evaluation index system and the internal control evaluation system of the assets management etc. are established.
