几种油料作物中脂肪酸组成的研究及探讨

摘　　要：目前食品科研与食品生产均注重营养与保健功能 ,因此 ,食用的油营养价值逐渐引起人们的重视。以花生、核桃、葵花籽为例 ,利用气相色谱法分析其脂肪酸的组成及含量 。Nutrition and health protection was paied attention to the fo od stuff.The edible oil is important to the peoples.The content of fatty acids and essential fatty acids in peanut,walnut and sunflower seed was analyzed by Gas Ch romatography,and their nutritive value was discussed.
