摘  要:近年来,我国高校女教师队伍日益壮大,但数量的增长并不意味着高等教育界历史上"男中心女边际"的格局已不复存在,也不意味着女教师在发展过程中遭遇的独特问题已自行解决。事实表明:边缘化危机与性别迷思仍是当下高校女教师发展的两大主要困境。边缘化危机主要以显性边缘化、隐性边缘化与反向边缘化三种形式存在;性别迷思则主要从形象认同的迷思与个性发展的迷思两个方面显现。In recent years, there has been an increase of female teachers in colleges. However, the increase in the number does not mean the setup that male teachers occupy the center while female ones lie in the periphery has changed. Neither, does it mean the unique problems which female college teachers have confronted in their process of development have been solved thereby. As a matter of fact, the two major problems the female college teachers confront in their academic career are the threat of periphery and gender lost. The periphery crisis shows such three forms as overt periphery, covert periphery and opposite periphery. identity lost and character development lost.
