摘　　要：新制度经济学认为,所谓制度,简单地说,就是管束人们行为的一系列规则,可以分为正式制度和非正式制度。文中从制度创新的角度构建了促进长株潭物流金融产业发展的制度体系,并在此基础之上分析长株潭现行的仓单质押模式发展中存在的问题,提出了长株潭物流金融产业现阶段发展的可行模式——以金融为主走向结合物流的模式。New institutional economists think that the so-called system is over a series of regulation of people behavior,and can be divided into formal institution and informal institution.This article promote the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan logistic financial industry development system from the perspective of institutional innovation and put forward the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan logistics financial industrial stage of development of the feasible mode-to give priority to finance to the combined logistics mode on the basis of this analysis the problem of Chang-Zhu-Tan the warehouse receipt pledge model.
