摘　　要：蓝色海洋经济已成为21世纪经济发展的基调,作为支柱产业之一的海洋旅游业的兴起和发展也逐步成为各国和地区经济发展的重点和热点。上海拥有丰富的海洋旅游资源,已经成为国内外海洋旅游热门地,以临港新城为对象从多个方面分析其发展海洋旅游业优势条件以及价值和意义,并且提出继续发展临港新城海洋旅游业的必备条件,进而分析出适合临港新城海洋旅游业发展的具体建议和措施。Blue ocean economy has become the keynote of the development in the 21st century.As one of the pillar industries of the ocean economy,the grow and the improvement of the marine tourism has gradually attracted the focus and attention from the whole world,and became the hotspot.Shanghai possesses the rich ocean tourism resources,has become a popular ocean tourism at home and abroad.The thesis take the Lingang New City as example,has analyzed the advantages from many aspects,as well as the value and significance,and has put forwarded to the necessary conditions and specific suggestions for the development of marine tourism.
