摘　　要：文中通过分析高职高专院校物流工程技术专业办学中存在的问题,指出学生择业难与用工企业求才不易的两难矛盾。提出人才培养中注重工学结合的人才培养模式,并对现有工学结合模式提出重构课程体系切实落实,以提高物流工程技术专业人才的综合职业素养和解决问题的能力。In this paper,through the analysis of Higher Vocational College Logistics Engineering Specialty in the problem of existence,pointed out that students choosing difficulty and enterprise recruitment difficult dilemma.Present talent training on work study combination training mode,and the current model of combination of working with learning the reconstruction of curriculum system to implement,in order to improve logistics engineering and technical professionals comprehensive occupation accomplishment and the ability to solve problems.
