陕西煤炭资源合理开发和综合利用的思考

摘　　要：陕西煤炭产业的发展在为本地经济作出巨大贡献的同时,也存在诸多弊端,诸如煤炭开采浪费现象严重、政府管理不到位、资源利用率低、生态环境破坏严重等;为了确保陕西经济可持续发展的资源保障,政府要强化对煤炭产业的管理,完善资源开发和环境保护的制度;科学规划煤炭产业,提升煤炭产业洁净技术水平和煤炭的利用效率。The development of the coal industry in Shaanxi at the same time makesa sigmticant contribution to the local economy, there are many drawbacks, such as Coal mining waste, the manage- ment of the government is not in place, the low utilization rate of resources, ecological environment and severely damaged; in order to ensure the sustainable development of Shaanxi＇s economic resources and support necessary to strengthen the management of the coal industry, improve the regulatory sys- tem of resource development; speed up structural adjustment, to build a stable coal supply system; strengthen the comprehensive utilization and environmental protection, and development of coal circu- lar economy.
