我国财政支出对居民消费扩张的效应分析

摘　　要：财政支出作为财政政策的重要组成部分,体现了一国政府职能的内在要求。现阶段,如何合理安排财政支出以有效刺激居民消费,已经成为我国经济政策的重要内容。通过建立财政支出与居民消费的向量误差修正模型(VEC模型),可以发现财政支出部分"挤出"居民消费,居民收入无论短期还是长期均是居民消费增长的重要因素。As an important part of financial policy, the financial expenditure reflect inherent requirement of the government function in a country. At present, how to arrange finance spending to effectively stimulate consumer spending has become the important content of China＇ s economic policy. Through establishing vector error correction model （VEC model） between the financial expenditure and the residents consumption, we can find the financial expenditure partly ＂squeeze＂ residents＇ consumption, and regardless of in short term or in long term residents income is the important factor to the development of household consumption.
