摘 要:政党软权力是一个政党以其核心价值理念和治理水平吸引和说服广大民众的能力。它对于政党成长以及政党治理具有极其重要的意义。然而,随着全球化信息化时代的到来和"全球政治"的不断扩展与延伸,执政党软权力的发展与维系受到了一些冲击。研究表明:不断推进马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化;协调与培植政党和非政府组织的良好关系;探索实施新媒体战略是应对全球化信息化挑战,建构中国共产党的软权力的可行之途。The soft power of the political party is a capacity through which the political party attracts and convinces the majority of people with its core values and governance. It has important implications for the political party' s growth as well as its governance. However , with the arrival of the era of globalization and information , development and maintenance of soft power of the CCP is a huge predicament. Studies have shown that constantly advancing Marxism in China; coordinating and nurturing good relations between the CCP and non-governmental organizations, exploring and implementing new media strategy and optimizing the legitimacy of the party' s resources is a feasible way to meet the challenge and build the CCP' s soft power.
