摘　　要：在高校积极开展绩效审计探索和实践,努力推进高校建立绩效管理机制,是国家审计署、教育部和地方政府对高校审计工作提出的要求。文章通过对地方高校的绩效管理的现状、意义和障碍的分析,提出现阶段如何在地方普通高校逐步推行绩效审计的对策和建议。China Audit Office, Ministry of Education and Local government all require to develop Performance Auditing and endeavor to build performance management s）＇stem in colleges. With the analysis on current situation of local colleges＇ performance auditing, its positive significance and the barriers it faces, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to practice performance auditing in local colleges at the present Stage.
