摘　　要：中药安慰剂在临床实验中使用越来越广泛,但是由于其制备原料的选择和制作技术一直没有一个共识和合理的规范,加之质量评价手段的匮乏,使得盲法实验无法得到保证,可能会对临床试验结果产生偏差。通过查阅中外期刊,本文综述了近年来中药安慰剂制备和临床使用的研究进展。As the wide use of traditional Chinese medicine placebo in clinical trials, the lack of specification in material selection and the standards of preparation technology as well as the shortage of quality assessment means can not assure the blind experiment properly carried out, probably leading unexpected deviation. Access to domestic and foreign journals, this paper reviewed the research progress in preparation and clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine placebo in recent years.
