摘　　要：“JIT”是西方国家目前流行的工厂生产管理模式 .它是产品生产者为适应激烈的市场竞争 ,对产品生产过程所实施的灵活性 (柔性 )、低库存、低成本的一种管理方法 .“JIT”已经引入我国 ,但还未得到广泛的应用 .本文通过工厂将“JIT”理论应用于电机装配线的设计、制造及使用中的实例 ,介绍了“JIT”的基本内容 .JIT” is a popular production management model at present in western. It is a kind of a management method which be used for adapts the requirement of intense market competition, execute the flexibility (Soften property), low inventory and low cost of the production course at the product. “JIT” has been introduced to our country, but the extensive application is not still got. According to the case that the people in the factory apply“JIT”to the design and product management of motor assembly line,the basic contents of“JIT”is introduced.
