摘　　要：阐述了铜蒸汽激光器的原理和组成。介绍了我院整形外科用铜蒸汽激光器对155例葡萄酒色斑患者进行治疗,总有效率97.4%。列举了在使用铜蒸汽激光器过程中出现的一些故障现象和解决方法。为铜蒸汽激光器设备的正常、稳定的运转提供解决方法和技术支持。This paper described the basic composition and operating principle of a copper vapor laser （CVL）. We introduced the applications of copper vapor laser on 155 patients with port wine stains in our hospital plastic surgery, which the success cases accounted for 97.4%. And list our corresponding solving methods while some breakdown relevant cases happen. The solutions and technical points in this article support CVL to keep normal and stable operation.
