摘　　要：阐述了医疗设备风险、预防性维护(PM)的定义;血透机的治疗原理及其在治疗中的重要性;预防性维护在医疗设备安全使用中的重要性;血透机进行预防性维护的风险分析、风险评估、计划制定及效果评估。This paper describes the definition of the risks of medical devices and preventive maintenance （PM） ; introduces the treatment theory of hemodialysis machine and the hemodialysis machine＇s importance in the treatment. The importance of preventive maintenance on medical equipment is also stated. In addition, risk analysis and assessment, planning and impact assessment of preventive maintenance of hemodialysis machine, are introduced.
