摘 要:基于有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了保温罐车液体热量散逸及保持分析的三维有限元数值模型。结合保温罐车的实际运行工况,探讨了保温层厚度、保温材料和车辆行驶速度等对罐内液体瞬态温度场的影响。针对汽车尾气加热罐内液体的技术措施,采用有限元瞬态分析技术建立了将罐内液体自临界温度加热至卸载温度的时间历程关系,比较了不同加热管结构与布置下罐车加热效率。Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the 3-D finite element numerical model for analy- zing the heat dissipation and holding of liquid in insulating tanker is established. Combining with the actual working condition, the influence of insulation layer thickness, heat insulating materials and vehicle speeds on the transient temperature field of liquid in tanker is discussed. The measure of automobile exhaust heating liquid in tanker is adopted, and the time history relationship of the liquid heated to unloading temperature since critical temperature is established by using finite element transient analysis technology. The comparison of heating efficiency is investiga- ted at different geometries and distribution of heating pipes.
