摘　　要：电子对抗作为一种重要的反制导弹防御系统进而掩护弹道导弹突防的手段,其作战效能评估问题意义重大。从电子对抗掩护弹道导弹突防的作战机理出发,构建了密切联系作战实际的评估指标体系,提出了基于灰色关联分析理论的作战效能评估方法,并得到各单装备电子对抗方案作战效能与待评估电子对抗方案作战效能之间的相关程度。最后通过应用示例对该评估方法的有效性进行了验证。Electronic countermeasure （ECM） is an important approach for countering ballistic mis- sile defense system and covering ballistic missile penetration, the operation efficiency evaluation of which is of great significance. From the operational mechanism of ECM covering ballistic missile penetration and based on the analysis of ECM efficiency constitution, an index system closely related to actual operation is established. The efficiency evaluation method based on grey incidence analysis is also presented, from which the degree of operation efficiency correlation between the awaiting evaluated ECM scheme and ever- y individual ECM scheme against single equipment of ballistic missile defense system is obtained. Final- ly, the availability of the evaluation method is validated.
