摘 要:信息化条件下的体系作战,指挥信息系统已经被各部队广泛应用,其地位日益重要,这也导致了指挥信息系统受打击的风险提高。为提高指挥信息系统野战条件下的防御能力,着眼对指挥信息系统的攻击方式,分析指挥信息系统野战条件下防御能力的构成,建立评估指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结合灰色聚类评估方法的特点,采用定权聚类的方法进行评估,最后,运用该方法对示例进行评估分析,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。In the system combat under information conditions, command information system has been widely used in various units, its position has become increasingly important, which also led to the risk of command information system~ being attacked. In order to improve the defense capability of the command information system under the condition of field operations, focusing on the attack mode to command infor- mation system, the defense capability components of the system is analyzed and an evaluation index sys- tem is established and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to determine the weight of each index. Combining the gray clustering evaluation method, the fixed weight clustering method is adopted for assessment. Finally, by applying the method to the sample analysis and assessment, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
