摘  要:为开发汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)液压系统中气液两相流影响下的控制算法,分析了汽车ABS液压系统内部气液两相流的成因。利用AMESim软件建立了四轮汽车ABS液压系统模型,模拟了不同的制动液参数和制动管路结构对制动压力的影响。结果表明:当制动液参数发生改变,汽车ABS液压制动系统易产生气液两相流现象,气液两相流会使制动压力动态响应变慢,制动压力可调节范围变小;减小制动管路内径一定程度上可以抑制气液两相流的影响。简要分析了上述仿真结果产生的原因。该结果对于ABS控制有指导意义。The causes of anti-locked braking system (ABS) air-liquid two-phase flow were analyzed to develop an ABS control algorithm under the effects of gas-liquid two-phase flow. A four-wheel ABS hydraulic model was established to simulate how various brake fluid parameters and braking line structures affect the brake pressure using the AMESim software. The results show that gas-liquid two-phase flow occurs when brake fluid parameters change, with the dynamic response of brake pressure slowing down and the regulating range of brake pressure reduced. However, reducing the braking line inner diameter can restrain the influence of gas- liquid two-phase flow. The results can provide advice on the ABS control.
