寻常型银屑病皮损中磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子-3与白介素-17的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究寻常型银屑病皮损中磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子-3(phosphorylated signal transducer and acti-vator of transcription-3,P-Stat3)与白介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)的表达及意义。方法实验组23例,对照组14例。两组均采用免疫组织化学法检测寻常型银屑病皮损组织和正常皮肤组织中P-Stat3与IL-17的表达。结果实验组银屑病皮损中P-Stat3和IL-17均高于对照组(Z值分别为-5.043和-4.324,均P<0.01),并且与PASI评分呈正相关(分别为rs=0.713和rs=0.797,均P<0.001),P-Stat3和IL-17呈正相关(rs=0.762,P<0.001)。结论 P-Stat3和IL-17在银屑病皮损中明显升高,且与疾病的严重程度呈正相关。Objective To study the expression and significance of P-Stat3 and IL-17 in psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 23 patients with psoriasis vulgaris （experiment group） and 14 healthy individuals （control group） were studied. The expression of P-Stat3 and IL-17 in psoriatic lesions tissue and healthy controllers were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of P-Stat3 and IL-17 in the psoriatic lesions were significantly higher than those of control group, respectively （Z = -5.043 and -4.324, all P 〈 0.01）; and both of them were positively correlated with PASI, respectively （rs = 0.713 and 0.797, all P 〈 0.001）. The levels of P-Stat3 in the psoriatic lesions were positively correlated with those of IL-17 （rs = 0.762, P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion In patients with psoriasis vulgaris, there are increases of the expression of P-Stat3 and IL- 17 in the poriatic lesions, which are positively correlated with the disease severity.
