缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将符合入组标准的112例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(56例),对照组进行常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗,两组均治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者临床症状和体征的变化情况。结果①观察组总有效率为87.50%,对照组总有效率为57.14%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);②观察组、对照组治疗后血压、心率、左心室舒张末内径均较治疗前明显降低,左心室射血分数明显升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);③治疗后,观察组与对照组血压差异不明显,观察组心率、左心室舒张末内径明显低于对照组,左室射血分数明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,临床疗效确切,且患者耐受性好,是治疗充血性心力衰竭的较好方法。Objective To observe the effect of Valsartan and Metoprolol in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Meth- ods 112 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into 56 cases of the observation group and 56 cases of the control group. The control group were given conventional therapy, the observation group were given Valsartan and Metoprolol on the basis of the control group, both group had been treated for 3 months. The clinical signs and symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results ①The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, the con- trol group was 57.14%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）; ②the blood pressure, heart rate, LVEDD of both groups were reduced significantly after treatment, the LVEF was significantly higher after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）; ③ after treatment, the difference of blood pressure was not obvious between both groups, the heart rate and LVEDD of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with MetoproM has an exact effect, and has better tolerance, which is a better way to treat congestive heart failure.
