朱建贵治疗失眠临证经验分析研究

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术总结朱建贵教授治疗失眠的诊疗思路与临证经验。方法将朱建贵教授门诊治疗失眠的病历信息录入结构化数据库,对失眠的症状、证候、选方用药、配伍加减关系进行分析。结果朱建贵主任诊疗失眠的证候分布以肝郁血虚、肝郁化火、阴虚火旺、肝郁气滞为主,辨证重点在于肝。治疗时注重调畅气机,常用经方小柴胡汤、酸枣仁汤加减治疗失眠。常用药为柴胡、陈皮、紫贝齿、龙齿、黄连、肉桂、莲子心、百合等。结论数据挖掘分析结果基本反映了朱建贵教授治疗失眠的辨证思路及遣方用药规律。Objective To summarize clinic thought and clinical experience of professor Zhu Jiangui treating insomnia based on data mining technology. Methods Case information of Professor Zhu Jiangui outpatient treating patient with insomnia were recorded into structured database, the symptoms, syndromes, use medicine and compatibility of medicines of insomnia were analyzed. Results Insomnia syndrome of Professor Zhu Jiangui were blood stagnation of liver, liver depression trans- forming into fire, hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, stagnation of liver-qi, dialectical key lies in the liver. Treat- ment on regulating Qi, commonly used formulas of Xiaochaihu Decoction, Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of insom- nia. Drugs commonly used to treat for Bupleurum Root, Tangerine Peel, Arabic Cowry Shell, Dragon＇s Teeth, Coptis, Cin- namon, Lotus Seeds, Lily, etc. Conclusion The data mining analysis results basically reflects Zhu Jiangui＇s thinking in syndrome differentiation and treatment of insomnia of prescriptions regularity.
