摘　　要：目的探讨乳头内陷产妇母乳喂养中使用橡皮奶头的效果。方法选择2007年1月～2010年12月在我院分娩的乳头内陷的产妇54例分为实验组(30例)和对照组(24例),对照组常规哺乳,实验组将橡皮奶头套在内陷的乳头及乳晕上,使婴儿吸吮橡皮奶头达到母乳喂养的目的,观察并比较两组母乳喂养率。结果对照组母乳喂养率(8.3%)显著低于实验组(86.7%),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳头内陷产妇母乳喂养中使用橡皮奶头,此方法操作简单、安全、经济,母乳喂养成功率高,产妇无痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of rubber nipple on breastfeeding in puerpera with crater nipple. Methods 54 cases with crater nipple in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2010 were divided into the experimental group （30 cases） and control group （24 cases）, the control group were received routine nursing, the invaginated nipple and areolathe were given rubber nipple in experimental group in order to make the baby to suck the rubber nipple. Results The breasffeeding rate in the control group （8.3%） was lower than in experimental group （86.7%）, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The rubber nipple on breasffeeding in puerpera with crater nipple has the ad- vantages of simple operation, safety, economy, high successful rate of breasffeeding, no pain and is worthy of clinical appli- cation.
